Can kids solve
At Food 4 Kids, we work every day to make sure children have enough to eat when school lets out. Now we want to know what kids would do to solve hunger in our community.
Kids in grades K-12 can share their ideas with us to solve child hunger. Ideas can be submitted either in writing or in video format (with parent permission).
The contest winner will get to work with River Valley Food 4 Kids to implement their idea with a $300 budget provided by Elite Med. Winner will also receive a $20 gift card to Dog Ear Books.
Here are the rules:
All ideas must be submitted by an adult (parent, teacher, or legal guardian) to by no later than March 15th.
Written submissions should be no more than one page.
Video submissions should be no longer than 5 minutes.
Only children in grades K-12 are eligible.
Submissions will be posted on our Facebook page for public voting from March 17-April 5.
The top 5 submission will be presented to the RVF4K Community Advisory Council on April 17th. The Advisory Council will select the contest winner.
