Kids Cooking Classes

At River Valley Food 4 Kids, we believe every child should have the skills and confidence to prepare healthy, delicious meals. Our Kids Cooking Classes, led by the amazing Miss Pamela Luker from UADA-Pope County Family & Consumer Sciences, provide hands-on experiences where young chefs learn the basics of cooking, kitchen safety, and nutrition—all in a fun and engaging environment!

From making homemade tortillas to mastering air fryer recipes kids are guided through interactive lessons that empower them with essential life skills while fostering a love for good food. Whether they’re stirring, chopping, or tasting their latest creation, every class helps build independence and healthy habits for a lifetime.
